101學年度第2學期期末系週會將於102.5.29(三)下午13:20假「進修部大樓ES917」舉行，請同學務必出席。無故缺席者記申誡乙次。
請勿代簽名，助教會協助簽到作業，一經發現，將依規定處理。
請假規定：請依下列時程請假，逾期不受理。
1.事假請於102.5.28(二)12:00前辦理完畢
2.病假請於102.5.30(四)12:00前辦理完畢
3.因系週會舉辦時間皆排定於星期三的五、六節導師時間，實屬上課時間，所以若因打工事由請假，系上均不予准假。
輔仁大學學生獎懲辦法第六條第八款規定『無故曠席或故意規避不參加學校及院系所（含）以上之單位規定參加之集會或活動者』，予以記申誡乙次或以上之處份。
